Systemic Supervision

Systemic supervision is offered for both individual and groups. Systemic supervision can be accessed by counsellors, social workers, family therapists, psychologist and people within organisational roles. This approach supports reflective practice by exploring issues within the wider relational and systemic context.

Systemic supervision offers a reflective space where practitioners can take a “helicopter view” of the challenges they’re facing. This broader perspective helps to understand issues within their wider context—considering relationships, patterns, and systemic influences—rather than viewing problems in isolation.

Sandy has experience of providing supervision to both individuals and groups in non-government and government organisations. Please contact for more information around systemic supervision.
